Our founder Eileen Perry (Richards) MBE, is the visionary behind ER Recruitment.

Eileen’s journey began in a large corporate recruitment firm, where she quickly rose to the position of Managing Director by the age of thirty. However, she noticed a concerning shift in the industry – the focus on quantity over quality.

Recruitment seemed to be all about filling seats, rather than building meaningful connections and providing exceptional service.

In a pivotal move, Eileen decided it was time for a change. Drawing from her experience and expertise, she embarked on a mission to create a recruitment service that truly understands and caters to the needs of candidates and clients. Thus, ER Recruitment was born, offering a tailored, people focused approach.

Over the years, our commitment to building genuine relationships has been the cornerstone of our success. As a result, we have been building relationships and connecting people in business since September 2013.
