The Company:
ER Recruitment are delighted to be the exclusive recruitment partner to Juice Creative. This position is an integral role to the business, having autonomy and responsibility for company administrative & office supply needs.
Working closely with the Account Management team and remote Office Manager, this role will provide the opportunity for an all-round administrator to inject ideas which will contribute to operational efficiency and support the successful team as it continues to drive forward.

Role & Responsibilities of the Office Administrator:
  • Work closely with Account Manager team to ensure efficient business administration including support adding in purchase orders, add in estimates and invoices from suppliers.
  • Develop, maintain and keep up to date the company filing system and databases
  • Cover to answer telephone calls and respond to requests for information via phone and email when Office Manager is off
  • An ambassador on behalf of the brand, building good relationships with clients and suppliers
  • Carry out all logistic administration tasks including shipping, transport and travel
  • Handling diary management and office calendar
  • Maintain office efficiency by planning and implementing appropriate office systems
  • Be responsible for meeting rooms and greeting visitors
  • Organise office operations and procedures; including office and kitchen supplies etc
  • Ensure the office is kept tidy and orderly
  • Manage all company staff logistics i.e. holiday requests, sickness
  • Deal with concerns/complaints promptly liaising with the necessary Senior Team.

  • A personable communicator who works will in a busy environment
  • Experience with office administration on behalf of a small team
  • Ability to organise and prioritise office requirements
  • A forward-looking individual who can come in with an eye to implement process & procedures
  • Great organisational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
