Role & Responsibilities of the Commercial Director:
An integral part of the divisional leadership team, guiding the way to achieving long-term strategic goals.
Lead a talented team, sharpening skills and expanding capabilities.
Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve business growth objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
Set and monitor sales targets, providing regular performance updates to senior management.
Stay ahead of industry trends, leveraging new technologies and methodologies to maintain a competitive edge.
About You as the Commercial Director:
An accomplished functional leader and experienced commercial professional, able to balance a busy business as usual function, while transforming ready for the future.
Demonstrated experience in creating high-performing sales teams.
A strategic thinker adept at negotiation and relationship management.
Collaborative behaviours to drive positive interfaces with other senior leaders, clients and wider stakeholders.
Openness to innovation, being an advocate for pragmatic solutions, rather than blockers.
Experienced in financial oversight and comfortable in fast-paced environments.
